I now use NordVPN frequently and have experienced absolutely no problems at all with unwanted redirect issues on any browser. I have never experienced anything approaching this with ANY other VPN. Try to open one of the files in Quicktime Player and bring up the inspector by pressing -I. You should find out what video codec your camcorder uses.
